We are coming into town for NCAA’s and staying at the Commons Hotel. I have gluten and dairy allergies. Going online I see all your nice GF options. What options from that menu are also dairy free? If I know ahead of time, I can order without out a lot of fuss. I noticed none of your rice says it is gluten free, is it? Also for things like fried cucumbers, do you fry these in a separate pan, or strictly gluten free fryer? Do your meatballs in the Fresh all the way soup have gluten free bread crumbs in them? Can I order gluten free soy sauce? Thank you so much for all of your wonderful choices. So many people are finding out they are allergic to gluten because it is being grown from Hybrid seeds that are 90% stronger in gluten than natural seeds.

Welcome to Twin Cities! Thanks for your questions. Let us try to answer them:
      1. What options from that menu are also dairy free? We don’t use dairy free indicators. Most Chinese dishes are naturally free of dairy products but we want to be sure. Please talk to the managers and they will confirm with the chefs.
      2. I noticed none of your rice says it is gluten free, is it? No, that’s not true. We do have spicy gluten free dishes, such as Diced Fish with Chili Peppers, Cumin Lamb, and Bamboo Tips in Chili Sauce.
      3. Do you fry these in a separate pan, or strictly gluten free fryer? We don’t use separate pans, but we wash the pan after every dish. Szechuan cooking does not leaves sticky residuals. Additionally, each gluten free order is specially marked and the chef will use extra caution. We have served our gluten free customers at our West End location for nearly three years.
      4. Do your meatballs in the Fresh all the way soup have gluten free bread crumbs in them? No, they don’t. We know for sure because we make fresh Chinese meatballs in the kitchen.
      5. Can I order gluten free soy sauce? We don’t have it, but we have recommended customers to bring it in if they want to order other dishes that are usually not gluten free. Please talk to the managers and our kitchen can make many of our dishes gluten free if you bring in gluten free soy sauce.
Enjoy your stay in town. Please feel free to call us if you have more questions.
